Environmental Protection Needs
The country is comprehensively promoting the victory of the blue sky defense battle, accelerating ecological environment protection, and building a beautiful China. The government has successively introduced various measures, such as the "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law", "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law", and "Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law". Policies such as "Opinions on Strengthening Ecological Environment Protection and Resolutely Fighting the Pollution Prevention and Control Battle" and "Three Year Action Plan for Winning the Blue Sky Defense War" have been released successively.
In response to environmental protection and pollution control policies, strengthening the supervision of government departments, and real-time monitoring of the operation status of production and pollution control facilities, there is a demand for monitoring the start and stop of production and environmental protection facilities within enterprises.
(1) It is strictly prohibited to turn on production equipment at illegal times;
(2) Pollution control equipment must play an effective role and operate during production.
(2) Equipment monitoring
The monitored circuits for energy management, power monitoring, and other systems generally supply power to multiple devices.
When multiple large devices are running in irregular combinations, it is impossible to obtain in real time which device is being turned on, so it is not possible to automatically verify and analyze the operating status, energy consumption information, etc. of each device.
However, installing a fully charged device in front of each device incurs high system costs and is inconvenient to install.
Current collection
The sensor adopts a low-power current acquisition scheme, with a current acquisition accuracy of ± 1%. The current collection range is 3A~630A.
Electromagnetic energy harvesting
The sensor is powered by a weak energy collection scheme, which collects electrical energy from the transmission line to supply power to the sensor. This power supply method does not require external power supply and has high safety, reliability, and long lifespan due to the absence of internal batteries.
communication
The sensor uses 433M small wireless communication to transmit the collected current value to the upper computer, allowing users to view the corresponding current value at the receiving terminal. Avoiding rewiring on site, simple to use, and maintenance free.
At 3A-10A, upload real-time current data every 10 seconds,
10A or above, with a transmission time of 5S, data can still be transmitted 3-5 times after a power outage on the line.
433MHz RF receiving function;
This product can receive 433MHz wireless transmission information;
Up to 200 slave devices can be connected;
RS485 communication function;
This product stores the wireless data information received from the passive wireless temperature sensor HYTR-D in an internal storage area, and can also transmit the data to other devices through an RS485 transceiver, supporting ModBus communication protocol.
